Not sure why, but lately my Avast emails have been in Chinese. While I am located in a region where the local language is Chinese, I don't read it and I have never made any changes to my preferences of this nature.
I reported this once last year, but your avast staff requested for a screenshot - which I could not make available because I had already deleted them all.
However, I received another email recently and have prepared a screenshot for you.
Fix this right away.
