This is clearly an issue between Ancestry and Avast. I'm unable to view media. I contacted Ancestry with my problem. They immediately asked if I was using a Mac. Yes. Then asked if I had Avast installed. Yes. They said that's the issue and that I should reinstall he security certificates in Avast for Ancestry.
? I went into the Shield and added the Ancestry domains to the excluded list. Nothing changed. What's the solution??
