Last Firefox update opens up for security bypass
« on: April 20, 2006, 09:25:25 PM »
Hi malware fighters,

Some may have noticed a security update for Firefox. This however included an small vulnerability to be exploited when a malware artist can lure you onto an infected website and click a broken link etc Read .: http://secunia.com/advisories/19698/

That is why I say I only use this kind of browser with added security (siteadvisor, DrWeb's pre-hyperlink scanner add-on, AdBlock Plus and G-updater, nd last but not least NoScript, and local IP).

Surf safe folks,

polonus
Cybersecurity is more of an attitude than anything else. Avast Evangelists.

Use NoScript, a limited user account and a virtual machine and be safe(r)!
