Avast SecureLine VPN

How works Avast SecureLine VPN, if I have service Horizon Go in Czech Republic, obtain I IP adress of Czech Republic. Otherwise service don't work.

I´ve tried VPN Seed4.me and there Horizon Go doesn´t work in Czech Republic, because it assign me foreign IP adress.
