Since there is no way to contact support - there is no support line, no email, no chat, nothing, I just had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I had not received any license, so my "trial" Avast was showing me that I was ripped off. My price was $110 for 2 years. Avast trial offers it to me for $30/yr. I followed the link in response #1. I followed the link there to "Contact Customer Support." There is no option for customer support on that page! Since there is no support for home users, I sent email and phone numbers using the business support link. Haven't heard anything from anyone.
Avast seemed OK to me. Too bad the business end of it is so screwed up.
