Sorry but your system is scam. Dont want to continue premium avast after 30 free days. Now i cant close that deal. Password dont even work ( did chance that ones, but still wont work) Smells like scam to me. No worrys. Allways using case like this prepaid visa. Best to use case like (you dont need to do anything. We continue your order whitout you).

Like i said feels like scam and seems like too.

I have just the free Avast and my bank account has been suspended because AVAST tried to take money out of my account!!! I had to spend an hour trying to sort it with the bank and now trying to cancel my AVAST account is proving impossible - just going round and round in circles. Help sites mention my order number - as far as I know I never had an order number as I just signed up for the free package and NOT on a trial. I have now got to re-arrange my Sunday to go and use my card before AVAST tries to access the account again and freezes it.  I can't even find out how to uninstall the product - but also worried that if I do uninstall it before this is sorted it will cut off any way I have to delete my bank details .... though I cannot find ANYWHERE on the site where they are stored.  This is completely unnacceptable.

a scam i havent even tried free month it messed my computer up now they taking 30 quid from account soon and cant cancle it before the trial date dont use,

Since there is no way to contact support - there is no support line, no email, no chat, nothing, I just had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I had not received any license, so my "trial" Avast was showing me that I was ripped off. My price was $110 for 2 years. Avast trial offers it to me for $30/yr.  I followed the link in response #1. I followed the link there to "Contact Customer Support." There is no option for customer support on that page!  Since there is no support for home users, I sent email and phone numbers using the business support link. Haven't heard anything from anyone.
Avast seemed OK to me. Too bad the business end of it is so screwed up.
