A support forum is primarily used by those having a problem and seeking help.
When you consider that Avast has over 400 Million customers, there really aren't a whole lot of complaints. :)
If you don't have money, use the Free version of Avast. I've used it since 2003 and am very happy with it.

I've gone mad trying to swat Asyn's fly. Eventually and to my great relief, I found that it scrolled up with the page. I had nearly emptied a tin of fly spray on it. Great avatar!

I know where i am that's what i'm posting here Sir.

I just opted to renew my kaspersky sub for another year, IMO Avast was the best 10-15 years ago?, it was lightweight and effective, kaspersky was too high on resources, that's why i moved to Avast 10 years ago.

However during all these years things have changed, Avast disappointed me on 3 times and i mean SERIOUS issues, i had to say goodbye.

Kaserpsky is pretty much the same nowadays, still heavy on resources but a SOLID piece of software.

But who knows maybe in the future i will return to Avast as i returned to kaspersky...sy!

Hi guys I have been using avast since you guys first started. I have a issue with the Avast browser extensions as they not working in Firefox. Avast browser extensions where enabled in FireFox when I first installed avast on my brand new pc but I uninstalled Firefox as I was sorting out my pc, upon re installing Firefox, Avast browser extensions are not appearing in my browser whereas avast shows the extensions installed and the extensions are view-able in chrome but upon re-installing Firefox they are not appearing. Any Help would be appreciated thanks

Indeed they need to fix it right away. As I mentioned in that thread ... having to disable a part of the security is a very bad thing.
