Ok, thanks for the clarification.

I first thought that the mistake was in the month (July).

By the way ... still waiting for an update of the stable release ...

I'm still waiting for a stable release also on this win10 system, I'm still using 17.5.2302. It seems we march on from beta to regular release and there are issues that aren't resolved.   I only trial the betas on my XP system, which I have the most robust backup and recovery strategy. If the cr4p hits the fan I can be back to my last drive image in 20 minutes.

That calendar photo is correct since he is overseas. It is being shown in European Date Format instead of in America Date Format
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Date_format_by_country
18/07/2017 or 7/18/2017 bruce_b is correct and so is Avast.

Another one for your collection of click bait popups.

EDIT:  This one just looks a little different no lock.

Installed latest Avast on my other computer ( Win7 ultimate ) everything seems to be fine. One thing though,
what's with the UI , even Stevie Wonder can see it.
Why does it have to be so big ?

Well I have this version installed on my Windows 10 laptop and it crashes with each virus defintiion update, at least 3 time today!
It also impacts the update of other programs which fail to install properly and I cant use them
Follow instructions: https://www.avast.com/faq.php?article=AVKB33#artTitle

thanks! that helped me a lot too :)

I used to use the free version of antivirus avast
I would like to buy a Pro-version or a Premier
Which is better, who uses what?

For my needs, Internet Security works.  But Free will also work for me on some other machines.

Avast AntiSpam is suddenly tagging travel newsletters and travel related transaction email as "***SPAM***".
These emails are not spam in any way.
Also note that "***SPAM***" is the default tag used by Exim with Spam Assassin. Maybe Avast should consider making it a little different so it takes less than forever to track down the culprit next time.

Back on Point: Is there a way to report false positive spam detection... maybe a place to upload mail headers for review?

I said "Goodbye" to Avast 1 year ago when i bought a one year  kaspersky licence, through all this year NOT a single problem with that antivirus, the only complaint is that i believe it makes my PC a little slower but that's just my personal impression.

My kaspersky license is about to finish and i still have 4 months remain on my Avast license and i'm planning to use them because i don't have money to renew the kaspersky one. Let's see how things go....

Update: man after reading this thread i'm not THAT sure about returning to Avast...perhaps i should renew Kaspersky sigh..
