I'm glad it going to remain a separate product and still maintained by the Piriform team, if it ended up becoming another bundled program I'd have the mountainous job of changing over multitudes of systems to another cleaning tool

I don't see what the title has to do with it Bob, just because someone has an Uber title doesn't mean they cant have an objective opinion whether for or against Avast decisions.

We all know the advertising tactics previously used before so we're just hoping CCleaner remains free of pressured advertising and sticks to their key job of being solely a cleaning tool.

Piriform is not just ccleaner. It's also Recuva, Speccy, and Defraggler.

That, I'm sure, is what all of us hope. Starting off with a negative perspective just isn't my way.
If I see unwanted changes, that's when I'll start complaining. Till then, I'll remain optimistic.

Nor did I Piriform seems to have been around for ages and I have been using it for a very long time.  This was one of the reasons I never installed the avast Browser cleanup or Performance cleanup (a paid option).
