WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I have had avast for two years now, going on three. When I first bought it I paid $21. Then last year when it was time for autorenewal they tried to charge me $40 and I submitted an online ticket and they refunded me the extra $20. NOW this year I was charged over $60 for the autorenewal! I have submitted 3 online tickets trying to get refunded either the $40 or the $60 all together because $60 for basic virus protection is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS but guess what? All three tickets have disappeared from my account. And of course there's no phone number for me to call because Avast's customer service is worthless.

Hi hkumm,

We replied to your first ticket (opened on Wednesday 12, July) on Thursday, 13 July indicating that we will refund the recent auto renewal.
We then replied to your second ticket (opened on Thursday 13, July) on Friday, 14 July confirming that the refund was completed.
The third ticket (opened on 17 July) got merged into the previous one as the subject was the same.

Could you please check your Spam folder?  ???
