We replied to your first ticket (opened on Wednesday 12, July) on Thursday, 13 July indicating that we will refund the recent auto renewal.
We then replied to your second ticket (opened on Thursday 13, July) on Friday, 14 July confirming that the refund was completed.
The third ticket (opened on 17 July) got merged into the previous one as the subject was the same.
Could you please check your Spam folder?
