This has been going on for far too long and in my opinion needs sorting.
You can send the old style SMS Get command to the phone and all the information is populated on the web interface, both inbox and sent messages but the SMS message is visible on the target phone.
If the phone still responds to the message, surely this problem has something to do with the request that the server sends to the phone.
The SMS command which works is
2222 GET 10 SMS
Replace 2222 with the PIN code you have set up to protect Anti-theft.
