Forgot Password - Can't Self Authorize!!

Hi guys,

It seems as though I forgot the password I used when I first set up synchronization. Both my phone and my computer need to be self-authorized as I had to re-install both of them.

I dont care if I need to start over, but I cant figure out how to start over without creating a new avast account!

Any ideas anyone?

We can reset your synchronization group, that requires you turn off synchronization on all devices you have that turned on ideally (you can find this option in settings on any platform). That would mean that you can use same avast account, but if you have had some passwords synchronized already they will be lost and you can't recover them anymore. Let me know via PM if you want us to perform a reset.
