Do I turn off Google's Manage Password and Auto-sign in?

Uninstalled Avast Passwords because Google's Manage password auto-fill was conflicting.
How do I avoid conflicts?

When we import passwords from chrome then we are disabling the option for user which are not logged into google account in chrome. If you are logged in chrome with google account then you have to turn it off in chrome settings as that configuration is synchronized with google cloud and we can't change it in the way chrome will respect it.
You can manage what chrome is synchronizing here:
chrome://settings/syncSetup

and you can manage chrome autofill here:
chrome://settings/autofill

You can also manage Avast passwords autofill/capture by setting the extension for sites in active browser tab by clicking on extension icon in browser's toolbar and checking/un-checking relevant checkboxes there
