The AV is blocking files when added to exclusion and when AV is disabled

So, I am trying to run an exe and I disabled my AV and added file to exclusions and Avast keeps BLOCKING IT! It's peeving me of (idk if i can swear) please help me  ;D

Does avast give a block message? 

If so, what does it say?   You may post a screenshot
