Do you like the Avast tray icon notifications?

Yes, I like them
No, I don't like them and wish there was an option to disable them.
I'd rather the notification colour change from red to [another colour] (please state colour)
Other (please comment)

If after clearing all notifications in 'Problems & Notifications', I then select 'Show last popup message' from the Avast tray icon, this then re-creates the notification under 'Problems & Notifications, also the red dot...  Is this a bug?

I also think that this is a bug. Even without clearing all notifications, every time selecting "Show last popup message' adds one to the red dot.
Besides that, the dot is good in case I missed a popup. But it should disappear when I close the popup.

The "show last popup" is history. In the latest beta that option has already been removed.

Will this reduce the amount of Big Intrusive Threat Alerts popup in the center of the screen,  I won't mind a blue dot on the taskbar icon at all, but Intrusive center of screen popup do mind

Nope, whilst the size is a little smaller, based on the fact the details aren't shown initially until you expand it.  However, the popup is still too big and in your face centre screen. Depending on what the popup is for, you may or may not get a marker over the tray icon.
