avast cleanup - takes too long to clean up

I just bought the avast clean up yesterday & try to clean up my laptop. It seems to take too long to process. Any idea is this normal or the software is not functioning?

- Which version..?
- OS..? (32/64 Bit..? - which SP/Build..?)
