OUTLOOK does not like recent Avast updates?

From some time I cannot delete or move a message or contact with Outlook 2003 without having Outlook closing for error and start again (if requested). The function is accomplished, but it is very frustrating. After some investigation, I found that suspending Avast Home Edition from checking the email solved the problem. Yesterday I downloaded the last version of the program (4.7.817) and at first it worked well, but today the problem is here again!
Anyone can help?

I just solved the problem changing the ZoneAlarmPro settings for Avast & Outlook.
