Win32:Dialer-520 [Trj]

Avast brings up a box saying "Win32:Dialer-520 [Trj]" has been found in "http://xxx.impotato.com/a412/a571.php?m=1&b=779&c=4\[UPX]"
I don't know where it is or how to get rid of it. Can anyone help?

What did you do until now?
Did you run a boot time scanning?
Did you scan your computer with ewido?
