How to whitelist by certificate?
«

Hi,
Our company develops server encryption solutions for more than 10 years.
Avast and many others constantly warns about the software. For many potential customers this is already enough.
How to whitelist the software by EV certificate ?
I submit info two times to submit@virus.avast.com but got absolutely nothing. Even no confirmation receipt.

You can't whitelist things, only avast can.

Eddy,
Thank you again for your reply.
By "wrong place" do you mean the whole forum or this particular part of it ?
I already read those articles, the problem is that nobody contact, even confirms(!) the files are being considered or received.

I just meant the forum as it is "run" almost solely by volunteers.
Although we do have many(?) relevant knowledge, there are of course things we can't see/change/check.
Are the files currently being detected by avast ?
