Auto renewal, impossible to cancel and took money

I've been trying to log on to cancel autorenewal but won't accept my email address as valid, although they sent a password reset email to that address. Now they've taken money from my account, I need to get it back, can someone help ?

I managed to get it cancelled for next year, but if I tried to log on before it said invalid email address. How do I get money back, subscription not too be renewed for another 2 weeks ?

I canceled the avast clean up license before it expired, but the charge has already appeared on my credit card, this is not fair. Avast make canceling the renewal difficult for this to happen. I want to cancel this charge!
