They are already available in the last update from the iOS app.
Pricing is € 52.99 a year, or € 6.49 a month, for 5 devices.

They are rolling it out 

In SecureLine 4.3 for iOS an upgrade offer is available ( see attached screenshot ( in Dutch ).
In SecureLine for Windows not yet.
