Security bug in Avast Free and AVG Free?

I did an EICAR test called "drive-by download" on this webpage http://amtso.org/feature-settings-check-for-desktop-solutions/ (the second one); Avast Free and AVG Free didn't pass it on my virtual machine. Is it normal? Is it a security bug?​
