Scanning with Cleanup

I just started w/ Cleanup.  The FAQ instruction on scanning says go to the Avast program and select it. I've clicked on several avast icons and gone to my account.....how do I open this program and select scan???

Yes!  I did buy it. Got an intro email with instructions. Attempted to follow them; not successful.  Where is the "Avast Interface" with the settings icon to click on?
