Software Start up problem
« on: August 26, 2017, 02:27:37 PM »
Hello guys,

I have Premier version installed since a month. My problem right now is that another software which I use produces an error from time to time! That means that sometime the software works properly but some other time not! I realized that Avast Premier was the problem because when I tried the exclusion mode for this software then it worked for a while. But when i restarted it then again the same problem. I need every time to go to exclusion mode (for file path, Cyber Capture, Hardened mode all together!) nevertheless that already had been done for this software. When I used the Internet security version I didn t have that problem! The error that the software produces is:  .... The application Toolbook stop working. The program stopped working because of a problem. Windows will shut down the program and will inform you for any available solution...
I believe that avast thinks that  TB90RUN.EXE which is an executable file of the software prevents the start up. I already add this exe to exclusion but the problem still remains.

Finally is Avast Premier the problem or something else?
