Paid for VPN, now not working

Hi Guys,

I've really tried to solve this but I'm stuck! (Ended up downloading and installing the SecureLine before I realised I already had the equivalent on the Antivirus  :-[ )

I signed up for the free trial of the VPN and was using it no problem. Continued shutting down as usual and Avast remembered my details.

Then I received the email saying the trial will end and I'll be updated and charged for full version etc etc. No problem. However after this and last shut down, Avast Antivirus kicked me out and I had to create an account to sign in.

So I'm wondering if there's any way to link my purchase of the VPN to my account? To complicate things just a little bit more, the day after the VPN updated to full version, the Antivirus asked me to activate again, and I did (although I don't know why it asked).

Any pointers much appreciated, thanks in advance  :)
