Avast internet security has been turned into free antivirus
« on: August 28, 2017, 09:42:37 AM »
I've been using avast for a long time now. recently my avast has been having all these problems with subscription ever since i've reinstalled from a back up!
i have paid for full price even though it shows 20 something dollars. anyways i have paid for a full year and every month or 2 my avast would want to install a better version so i did and it would tell me my subscription is expired! wth so  i go to customer service send some pics off and i'm back on track! now i'm in a different situation i should not have to reinstall avast every month or so!

my problem this time is avast somehow managed to go from internet security to free antivirus without me installing anything other than its updates! i have even done a clear uninstall and then reinstalled using avast internet security offline install and it still says free antivirus like what the hell i have paid for a product that's not even wanting to use the valid key or licence file even though it is excepting them! :( :'( >:(

i appreciate your help but those have been done already! that is why i am asking here. i going to try the latest internet security offline installer to see if that works. just don't want to fresh install my operating system! (also i assume it will go back to somehow having a different licence number >:( like it seems to do when there's a new big update)
