Thank you very much for report. Unfortunately your logs do not contain your unsuccessful installation attempts form February 26th. As well we see in the logs that you have tried to install it twice from online installer, but it seems like installer was killed because logs are not complete for these installations. Did you kill it or did it crash?
Anyway your report was very helpful. Using your logs and our server stats we have found that there is indeed an issue with installations on some W10 systems. We still do not know what is root cause of the problem, but we see that our installer has troubles to download files, there is 10 retries for each download and this may cause installation to run for very long time.
We will let you know as soon as we have more info.
