What happens to my avast! account?

I lost access to my avast! account and password recovery couldn't recognise my email address (the same as the one in this forum).

I have checked and confirmed it is the right email, and I have received past emails from avast! regards my license i.e. TRIAL-f1a5d606-bf31-4c45-91ac-320bf8cb48a5

Aside from that I am also part of avast! Mobile Security antivirus software on my old SAMSUNG Galaxy S4 Android smartphone. It suppose to contain my phone's backup files

I can't figure out my way into avast! customer support system. It redirects me to the forum.

BUT - if you cannot sign in I cannot see how it will help.

I got my problem (Refund needed) sorted in a couple of days by emailing Avast at
customer.care@avast.com.  I suggest you send them an email outlining your trouble,
give them all the info you have available.
