Behavior Shield Still Malfunctions

I got the upgrade to the newest version of Avast (using W7 Pro x64), and the behavior shield still shuts itself off on boot.
I'm sure this topic has been posted numerous times, but an Avast moderator told me on another forum section to post this issue here.
I had hoped the newest release would have corrected this problem by now.
