Avast cleanup cancelation

I want to cancel my auto renewal but it wont let me I keep getting this

HOW DO I KNOW WHO THE AUTO RENEW IS WITH.....WHY CAN AVAST NOT STOP THE RENEWAL....I AM SORRY I TRIED THE CLEAN UP.....AND I DO NOT WANT TO RENEW IT...IT SEEMS AVAST HAS THERE OWN PROBLEMS WITH THEIR SOFTWARE....HOW DO WE KNOW IF AVAST PREMIUM HAS A BACKDOOR?....

Look at your administration to see who processed the payment.

avast can and will cancel the auto-renewal if you ask them to do so.

The backdoor was not in software from avast as they didn't owned Piriform when CCleaner was compromised.
