Cancel & Refund
« on: September 14, 2017, 12:30:17 AM »
I would like to cancel and get a refund for my purchase. I have been trying to cancel since the day after I bought since I got a new computer which already contains anti-virus.

Provided your are within the 30 day refund it shouldn't be a problem.  You might want to ensure that any auto payment renewal instruction is cancelled.

I'm not sure who you are, but I never wanted this service..I never got an email telling me anything., and they have taken 64.00 out of my bank account this month..I tried to talk to  somebody at one of the 40 numbers for customer service that I found online, but strangely enough when I told them I needed a refund I got hung up on..how can I get this fixed, because I dont have an order number or email from Avast or anything, but they sure have my 64.00..

If you didn't wanted it, you should have disabled it or not enabled it.

Avast uses only one phonenumber land that is a third party that only hand les a very small amount of things and things about subscriptions isn't one of them.

English much? First off..I thought I canceled the trial..as soon as I realized they had taken 64+ dollars out of my account, I am trying to get this resolved. Avast or whomever does the withdrawals are thieves. I tried to call the numbers for Avast on Yahoo, and as soon as they heard me say refund, I got hung up on..they are scamming douches! Now learn what you are talking about before you act like you are somebody..and for crying out loud...PLEASE learn some English!

Perhaps you didn't cancelled it,or someone made a mistake.
Fact is that you will get a refund if you ask for it and are entitled for it.

I had this service about 5 years ago when it was still developing from an antivirus to what it is now, and I LOVED the complete simplicity of the antivirus and it was extremely effective.  I got this because I remembered the service I had, and I am nothing more than completely dissatisfied with it.  After 27 days of using it, I removed the service from all my devices and discovered that 5, counted 5, Trojans were allowed into my system as well as 1 Keylogger and 2 RAT's.  They entered in through the "Secure VPN".

Needless to say, I will not be recommending this service to anyone.  I will actually be push for it not to happen.
