Readding system removed from Dashboard
« on: September 14, 2017, 05:25:52 PM »
We use Avast Business in my environment.  We have some machines in the environment, however, that are rarely online.  So, Avast lists these machines as "In Danger" because they have not called home recently.  If I select remove and uninstall that is fine except they still stay in the "In Danger" because they haven't called home.  So what I have tried is applying remove and uninstall and then removing from the dashboard.  They no longer show up.  So I tested this on a machine that I have access to that was powered down.  I did the two steps before and then I powered on the machine.  Avast is still installed and still seems to work just fine which is good, but, is there a way to have this machine show back up in the dashboard?  If we uninstall Avast in error, that is fine as we have scripts to automatically reinstall it, but we have machines that only see the network once a year or once every 6 months.  If this has already been answered sorry, I wasn't able to locate in a search...
