Would Moto e4 plus be upgrade or downgrade?

I'm currently using the Moto g4 play with 16gb of memory, Snapdragon 410 & 2GB of ram, It also has 8mp camera would getting the Moto e4 plus with 32gb of memory, snapdragon 427, 13mp camera, non-removable battery 2gb of ram would this be an upgrade or a downgrade or about the same from my current phone?
OS: Windows 11 64-bit
Webbrowser: Mozilla Firefox
PC Specs: Intel i5-12400f, Nvidia RTX 3050, 16gb ram, 1.5TB SSD(s).

Doesn't matter if it is a up or downgrade.
Question is if you need the extra ram and the better camera.
Do you really want to take ugly pictures in a higher.resolution? :-)

I do want more games.. So i guess it is worth looking into upgrading to it. Just would need to get a verizon APN settings, nano sim and such for my prepaid account.

Just get a 128Gb memory card if the phone can handle it.
