Incredimail Problems, Help!

Hello, I am having trouble with my incredimail stationary. When I send the mail it is fine. When it comes back to me all the jpegs are separated, like the background, header, footer are all separate. I tried everything and then finally paused Internet Mail scanner and it came in fine. Help! I have been using Incredimail and Avast Home together for about 5 years. Give or take. I love avast! Had Norton and HATED it! Thanks so much! Chrissy

First me must be sure you're clean of Norton

1) Remove NAV through Add/Remove programs from Control Panel. Boot.
2) Use Symantec removal tool (browse their site to get it, there are one for each antivirus series). Removing your Norton program using SymNRT.
3) Boot.
4) Install avast! Boot.
5) See what you get.

I have used Symantec's removal tool. I had already had Norton uninstalled. Do you want me to uninstall and reinstall avast on both my machine's? Thanks

It won't hurt... There is a new 4.7.826 version of avast available.

I figured it out. I can't attach a message saying that my email's are clean. If I don't attach one my letters are fine. If I do it serarate's them. Have any idea how to fix this? If not I will just not have the clean message attached. Thanks for all the help! Chrissy

Seems a problem with Incredimail & HTML/Text emails bodies...
I've used Incredimail a long time ago but I'm far from being an expert on it... 
Did you try to search the board for Incredimail and see what you get?

About the clean notes into the message body, can you try 'Settings' on my signature?
UseAlternateRtfSyncing value under [MailScanner] section:

Another mechanism for inserting notes into the body of emails in Microsoft Outlook. RtfSyncing is concerned with Rich Text Format. In emails, the user typically save both Rich text (HTML) and plain form of message. When you modify one type of message, RTFSync is the right function to synchronize text of message to the second form. Disable = 0.

Don't forget that you will not see the inserted note in the 'Sent Items' folder of your mail program,
because avast adds the note after the mail leaves the mail program.
