Author Topic: 30 day trial - License will not work, code is accepted, but nothing happens.  (Read 5058 times)

I've tried this three different times today. 

I go through all the steps to get the 30 day free trial, but when it comes time to insert the license, it says "Cannot insert license".  When I try to use the activation code instead, it says "Your products were activated", but nothing is activated.  Come to think of it, this is the same thing that happened when I got the free trial for the "Cleanup" service.  Has anyone had this issue?  And is anyone aware how to fix this?

Contact avast and let them have a look.

I'm of the understanding that if you are using the free Avast service, you are not eligible for support.  Is this incorrect?

Hiya have just logged on to find help for exactly the same problem .. Did you find the help to sort the problems out ?
