hello
I just paid for the PRO version, I received the licence, I uploaded it in my avast, but it stills shows as free version.... I can't fix the registry and other issues that have been detected.
How can I solve this?
What really leaves me skeptic is that there is no direct email to the customer care, just a phone, but I am outside the US and in general I cannot call , so I'd really expecting to have a chat customer support. FAQs most of the times do not solve the problems.
In fact, to upgrade, I did exactly as per FAQs instructions: clicked on the icon tray of avast, upgrade , program, and i got the message that the program is already updated.
I restarted the PC, nothing.
I uploaded the licence I received from avast: nothing.
Please help me out upgrading my product
