Avast Missing Component Key Issue

The only other security related programs on my system, aside from AVG which I had to get rid of. I ran into the same problems would be Windows Defender and the Default Windows Firewall.

How did you remove AVG If you didn't use their removal tool, AVG is most likely causing your current problem.

I'd installed AVG after I'd uninstalled Avast, but I'm not an AVG fan after trying it once. I used the AVG Removal Tool, and then reinstalled Avast. After having reinstalled Avast last night, I've checked and haven't discovered that I've had any errors listed from it yet.
