font error file backup

Hi everybody,
i have downloaded file backup, However, it is not readable due to a font error
I come from Vietnam and often use unicode encoding
Please provide me a font that can read the file back up

I do not have regular forum access

Help is NOT given through email.
Besides it is a real stupid idea to post your email on a public webboard as it will be harvested and (ab)used by bad guys for spamming and such.
