avast resets network

When logon, often the network is reset from home to public and vice versa.  If I can't stop this, I'm out of this software and going to try and get my money back!!!!

Hello captainmagic,

Thank you for the report.
Could you please assist us in determining what is wrong?
First enable debug logging: GUI -> Settings -> General -> Maitenance -> Enable debug logging
Then wait for the issue to occur.
Then create support package and submit it (guide here: https://www.avast.com/en-us/faq.php?article=AVKB33) and post the ID of the created package here, so we can find it.
