Website blocked False positive
« on: September 21, 2017, 05:33:21 AM »
I run a MSP and our support site is being blocked, as well as our connect site.

We had an issue with an executable (produkey.exe/produkey64.exe) but we updated the file and the IIS parts, and were re-evaluated by Norton/Symantec. So now only Avast is blocking us.   I would like to know what I have to do to get rescanned or re-evaluated.

Connectwise Automate site:  http://support.gogravity.net or/also https://support.gogravity.net

Connectwise Connect site:  http://connect.gogravity.net

I've had the hardest time getting any support from Avast on this issue, and I see that I'm not alone.

Any help from the community and other users is greatly appreciated.

But the general security of the site could do with a little boost however, consider:

A meagre 41% score here: https://en.internet.nl/domain/support.gogravity.net/96640/
F-Grade status and recommendation: https://observatory.mozilla.org/analyze.html?host=support.gogravity.net
SRI not implemented, but same origin maintained... ;)

Cybersecurity is more of an attitude than anything else. Avast Evangelists.

Use NoScript, a limited user account and a virtual machine and be safe(r)!
