This app deleted mistakenly all pictures and videos from Wechat files when ran Cleanup yesterday!!! Please help me as soon as possible, thank u so much!

You made the mistake, not CleanUp.
As has been explained before, try a recovery tool or service to get them back if you have not got a backup.

Hi, sorry to read of your inconvenience. We have notified the CleanUp QA and asked them to make some tests with WeChat, to see if there is any particular problem.
