Not able to connect avast account

Hi,

I did reinstall avast mobile security as well as Anti-Theft on my device (android Oreo) and can't connect to my avast account in those apps. Login at avast using the browser works fine. It's not a wrong password thing. Please help me.

Hello, you have posted in wrong forum section.
This section is related to Avast passwords - password manager on android product. I'm trying to figure out who in the company is in charge of My avast on mobile to hand over your complaint, but as weekend is coming I'm not sure I can grab someone sooner than on Monday.
Did you try to contact support via official channels?

Do you use google account for login? If so we have known issue reported for google account integration
