Getting VPN on 2nd computer

I just bought VPN for one of my Lap Tops, how do I put it on my other Lap top?
   Also I paid for a year and it's automatically renewed, I'd prefer to be billed as I paid with PayPal and it comes from my checking account, I know I'll forget about this in a year and it's bound to overdraw my account with my luck.

Install it on the other system as you did on the first, but keep in mind that it can only be used at one system at a time.
