Avast Web Extention Warning

I've been using Yahoo mail for years now, but last night I started getting a warning popup from avast web extension saying the following:
"Avast Online Security
Warning
This site has been marked as a phishing site."
However this only happen go to yahoo.com and click on the mail icon on the front page.   If I click on the "SIGN IN" link on the front page instead, this warning does not appear on the login page.

This warning happens in both Google Chrome and Firefox on the login.yahoo.com page.  The login URL it takes me to seems to be correct though.  Am I being redirected to another site or something, or is this a false warning?  And what should I do to fix it?

Also I've scanned the computer for virus with Avast and other malware with MalwareBytes and Spybot search and destroy, but they couldn't find anything.
