Hi, I have the same problem, but when I figured out how to search for my subscription the website returned an "invalid information" error (I use the DreamRiver one). Since my subscription was about to run out I had to buy another one, but I'd still really like to work out how to fix my previous subscription since it's still registering as connected to my computer and counted as the "primary" subscription (previously, I was getting an Error Number: ADR_000003 when trying to update my bank details on this subscription, but now I can't even find it, I don't know whether that's relevant). Or, is there no way to fix it and I should just cancel that one?
