Rescue Disk Does not Load when Booted from

When I try and boot from a DVD Rescue Disk it gets to the point where it shows a command prompt showing various things succeeding and then after it closes the screen flickers and then the computer restarts. I have tried re-burning the ISO, downloading a fresh ISO and burning it, uninstalling Windows PE and reinstalling it, uninstalling and reinstalling Avast Rescue Disk and all of this still produces the same result. However a older Rescue Disk I made around August 28 with the same computer boots and works fine. The system in question is running Windows 8.1 64-bit and Avast's version is 17.6.2310

Is the system connected to the Internet?
Does a USB stick work if you use that as resque disk?

Yes the computer is connected to the internet, but I have recently moved so most of my computer stuff is in transit so I only really have a few DVD-Rs laying around.

There was a fix about week ago, some files were missing on rescue disc image. Please try it again in next release. Thank you.
