but in the antivirus program it continues the same, without starting the session and in trial period, for the same thing  :-[

This is very frustrating, I just purchased a new laptop with Windows 10 and I cannot login to my recently installed Avast premier (the software is up to date.) Why am I paying for Avast when it won't function on Windows 10 (works just fine on my Windows 7 desktop)

problem persist on 17.8.2318 version  :(

anyone works on this bug or only interested on steal our money with a product with bugs? >:(

steps:
1- open avast
2- go to login
3- try to login with google
4- after many, many tries, (and without solution from avast) ,think to buy another solution  :P

I have the same problem. After reinstalling windows I wanted to use avast again with password browser extention. To do so i need to login to avast to recover my saved passwords, but I can not login with Google account as befor.

I contacted the support, many times, but, today the problem persist and support don't respond me :(

I don't see any ID, only subject ref on each email from support
