[Self Defense Module]Online Content Unavailable Bug

Avast can't access internet when self defense module active and Online Content Unavailable window appears.If I disable module the problem is solved.What's wrong in my pc?
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Avast Free Antivirus 17.7.2314

Perform a repair of avast.
If that doesn't solve the problem, perform a clean installation of the latest version after removing all traces of the current installation.

Do you have any 3rd party firewall, or other security software installed? (other than Avast I mean)

Just Windows Firewall.
