Help please ... SDFE-ZhugeLiang-59760

One of my client keeps getting infection messages saying he has this virus:

MicrosoftSDFE-ZhugeLiang-59760

We have have had about 30 notifications  that it has infected everything from email, to random files all over his computer.

Check on the web for info about this virus, and information  is pretty scanty, but the  info I did find at CA site was that to get rid of this virus, you have to look for and delet the file amravm.com.  I have not been able to locate this file  on the clients computer.  I did full  sensitivity disk scan on the clients  computer and  no virus was found. I have a boot scan  running as I write  this, but I have a feeling  that maybe Avast has detected a false  positive on this.

Any ideas  what  might be  going  on?

Seems like avast! got somehow "corrupted" (can't say if on disk, or in memory)...
Does the problem persist after computer restart?

No, the   problem was solved after reboot.
